Responsibilities
Assist in gathering supporting data to develop estimates and schedules
Prepare tooling product data, presentation, and support materials for various teams
Manage data upload into offload tooling business systems
Coordinate and process customer requirements for tooling products or information
Assist in the creation and update of project schedules
Review and create tooling product documentation and procedures
Perform tooling product order processing and prepare order packages for distribution
Manage electronic or physical drawings
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with SharePoint or similar platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Strong multitasking skills
Education or equivalent working experience
