Responsibilities
Build and maintain data models and pipelines in Snowflake
Develop stakeholder-facing dashboards and reporting in Metabase
Serve as a trusted source of truth across Finance, Sales, GTM, RevOps, and Product
Proactively surface insights, trends, and business recommendations
Translate metrics into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences
Help shift the organization from reactive reporting to forward-looking analysis
Migrate reporting fully off legacy BI tools
Establish strong L0/L1 dashboards and self-service analytics
Lay the groundwork for forecasting and predictive analytics
Partner with Finance and executive stakeholders on key business questions
Influence how metrics are defined, interpreted, and operationalized
Qualification
Required
5–7 years in analytics or analytics engineering roles
Strong SQL
Snowflake
Metabase
DBT
US Work Authorization required | No Sponsorship Available
Preferred
Experience in SaaS environments strongly preferred
Payments or transactional data experience preferred
