Business Development Manager

They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their Lead Generation Department, responsible for growing partnerships in the Insurance, Home Improvement, and Loans space while managing the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

Own the full outbound sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — across Insurance, Home Improvement, and Loans verticals, with a target of bringing in top-tier partners and scaling to $500K/month revenue within six months
Handle inbound inquiries: qualify potential partners, research companies, manage CRM records, corporate chat, and support sales-related issues
Respond to partner’s requirements and requests, actively convert prospects using email, phone, and social media
Manage and grow relationships with onboarded partners, ensuring long-term cooperation
Maintain and expand a portfolio of 20+ active accounts, targeting $1.5M/month in revenue within one year
Ensure weekend coverage for active campaigns and work toward achieving an average payout of $60+ per lead, with vertical-specific targets (e.g., $55+ Gutter, $70+ Windows, $80+ Bathroom)
Monitor campaign performance using internal analytics tools

Required

3+ years of experience in business development or sales within digital marketing, affiliate marketing or leadgen
Proven success working with KPIs and managing data-driven sales or account management processes

A structured, systematic approach to problem-solving
Proactive, independent work style with strong ownership mentality
Basic technical understanding of web analytics and experience with CRM systems
Hands-on experience in B2B sales or partnership management
Strong research skills and ability to identify high-value prospects
Excellent written and verbal English (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced)
