Vacuum Specialist: Checks wastebaskets in offices to make sure trash is empty. Detail vacuums all high traffic areas weekly, Spot vacuums all other areas. Vacuuming includes visible debris, crumbs or dry spills on furniture, and detail vacuuming all assigned areas weekly. Repositions furniture correctly. Turns out lights upon completion. Maintains equipment
Utility Specialist: Cleans elevators, stairs, and glass entrances, collects trash, details carpets and hard floors, maintains first impression areas, and organizes tools and equipment
Qualification
Required
Requires three years experience in building custodial and maintenance work
