Responsibilities
Lead the elicitation of business requirements for SAP PM, RE-FX, PS, and PPM modules
Provide end-to-end support for EAM issues, ensuring resolution within defined SLA timeframes
Prepare detailed Functional Design Specifications for Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, and Forms (WRIEF)
Define Test Scenarios, execute Unit Testing and System Testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Manage post-go-live verification and ongoing production support
Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders for daily operations, enhancements, and large-scale EAM projects
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in SAP EAM and Asset Operations
Technical proficiency in SAP ABAP for debugging and functional-technical alignment
Expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Project System (PS)
Strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management end-to-end business processes
Preferred
Experience with SAP S/4HANA conversions or implementations
Strong communication skills for interacting with executive stakeholders
Ability to manage multi-module integration points across RE-FX and PPM
