Responsibilities
Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports
Support demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization
Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to improve planning accuracy
Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and service levels
Perform root-cause analysis on delays, shortages, and excess inventory
Support S&OP / IBP processes with data insights and scenario analysis
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma concepts
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, TMS)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, macros preferred)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
Strong understanding of supply chain concepts: demand planning, inventory, logistics, procurement
Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
