Responsibilities
Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from intake through trial
Manage case deadlines, calendaring, filings, and records management
Draft, proofread, and cite-check litigation documents, briefs, and filings
Prepare and organize deposition, hearing, and trial exhibits
Assist with discovery, including document collections, productions, reviews, and litigation databases
Conduct factual investigations and legal research using tools such as Westlaw
File and serve legal documents in state and federal courts
Coordinate with attorneys and team members in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Paralegal Certification or equivalent required
5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal supporting multiple attorneys and cases
Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and e-filing procedures
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with litigation databases and document management systems
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Willingness to work overtime as required by case demands

Trial experience
Experience with complex, multi-party, or class action litigation
