Leveraging ASB Financial’s extensive network of top-rated carriers and financial partners to ensure clients receive objective, compliant, and well-structured solutions aligned with their financial goals
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated proficiency in Health Planning, Financial Planning, Finance, and Retirement Planning
Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or a related advisory environment
Active Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Annuities Insurance License, or the ability to obtain within a defined onboarding and compliance period
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial and insurance concepts
Working knowledge of insurance and investment products, including retirement-focused and risk-management solutions
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team-based organization
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Securities registrations (Series 6, 7, 63, or 65) are advantageous but not required and may be obtained post-hire where appropriate
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required
