Responsibilities
Managing and driving large scale initiatives, cross functionally and cross regionally, to enable new supply chain capabilities, drive process optimization, increase scale & efficiency, and minimize cost
Identifying and resolving key issues in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
Working at both a very detailed and strategic level
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
3+ years of program management experience in supply chain or related field
Deep understanding of supply chain processes in the electronics industry - design, manufacturing, logistics, after-sale service
Proficient knowledge of the systems implementation and development life cycles
Proficient at leading multiple efforts simultaneously in a global capability including working with international teams
Executive Presentation: Ability to summarize key points and tie them back to the customer experience & business objectives
Preferred
MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
Proven track record of leading strategic programs, combined with the ability to execute at tactical project-level activities and tasks
Proven ability to thrive in a matrixed organization, build cross-functional relationships, and make data-driven decisions
Experience with business process mapping and driving supply chain process improvement using Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies
