Responsibilities

Define QA governance across: Development lifecycle, Integration lifecycle, Data & Value Management (DVM) lifecycle, Platform changes

Establish quality safeguards, such as: Quality gates, Mandatory reviews, Control points (design, integration, cutover, go-live)

Define and own: CBT QA operating model alongside Platform C4E, RACI for quality ownership, Definition of Ready (DoR) / Definition of Done (DoD) from an assurance perspective

Introduce assurance mechanisms: Independent reviews, Readiness assessments, Risk-based quality checks

Define quality KPIs & leading indicators

Act as second line of defense for delivery quality

Align QA with Architecture, Security, Risk & Compliance
