Legal Receptionist

CURE Auto Insurance is a leading direct writer of auto insurance in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. As a Legal Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, supporting the legal team by managing front-desk operations and assisting with essential administrative functions.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally
Sort and distribute mail, faxes, and deliveries
Order and maintain office supplies; coordinate equipment repairs
Assist in organizing office events
Monitor collateral accounts and close out files for storage
Maintain PIP department calendars and schedules
Prepare and update PIP submission charts
Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and drafting documents
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Undergraduate degree, High School diploma, or equivalent experience
1–2 years of office administration experience (legal environment preferred)
Familiarity with legal terms, documents, and filing systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with strong Excel skills)
Experience with office technology (printers, copiers, scanners, call systems, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Ability to multitask, adapt, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
