Providing tailored life and health insurance solutions for clients
Building relationships
Ensuring their long-term financial security
Working with a variety of insurance products, including Medicare and health insurance
Maintaining a client-first, ethical approach
Prospecting
Attending client consultations
Managing portfolios
Assisting clients remotely when necessary
Qualification
Required
Experience or expertise in Insurance Brokerage, Insurance, and Health Insurance
Knowledge of Medicare and related health insurance policies
Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and explain complex insurance solutions
State licensure in insurance (Life and Health Insurance Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing ethical client solutions
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
Proven organization and time-management abilities, with attention to detail
