The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will drive financial performance and decision-making, partnering with senior leadership to deliver insights and enhance financial processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, half-year, and annual financial results, including close and consolidation processes
Ensure accuracy and integrity of the general ledger, including inventory and reserve accounting
Manage fixed asset schedules, depreciation calculations, and related journal entries
Deliver comprehensive financial reporting packages with clear variance analysis and executive-level insights
Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, managing quarterly reviews and annual audits
Develop, document, and enforce accounting policies in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS (as applicable)
Provide guidance on complex or non-routine accounting matters, including strategic and business development initiatives
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including model development, timeline management, and variance analysis
Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs to support business performance tracking
Build, enhance, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards that translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights
Partner with Sales, Operations, IT, and executive leadership to improve financial transparency, efficiency, and strategic alignment
Prepare high-impact presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors
Support M&A activity through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and due diligence
Provide financial and analytical support to subsidiaries and cross-functional teams
Streamline and enhance financial processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Ensure internal controls and procedures remain current and effective; design new processes as needed
Lead and contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc analyses that support business growth

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Advanced financial modeling skills and expert-level Excel proficiency
Proven experience building and deploying Tableau dashboards and data visualizations
Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments
A proactive, continuous-improvement mindset

Preferred

CPA and/or MBA
Experience in multi-entity or international environments
Strong business acumen with a strategic, enterprise-wide perspective
Advanced Tableau capabilities (calculated fields, parameters, data blending, dashboard actions)
Familiarity with data extraction and automation tools (e.g., SQL, Alteryx, Power Query)
