Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify high-potential prospective clients (ICP) within the beauty, health, wellness, and luxury categories
Initiate strategic, personalized outbound communications (email, LinkedIn) to secure introductory meetings for the Executive Team
Develop compelling outreach messages that articulate the agency's unique value proposition
Own and manage the agency's HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, tracking, and process optimization
Manage email marketing initiatives, including drafting first-pass content, segmenting lists, and reporting on performance metrics
Proactively manage up and coordinate deadlines for CEO presentations, pitch materials, and speaking engagements
Attend industry meetings and conferences with the CEO to assist with on-site relationship building, information gathering, and handling all post-event follow-up and lead qualification
Coordinate logistics for agency participation in industry events and conferences

Required

Must be based in the NYC Metro Area and comfortable with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in business development, sales, marketing, or PR/Agency coordination
Proven proficiency with HubSpot CRM or a similar marketing/CRM platform is highly desired
Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to 'manage up' and coordinate complex projects/deadlines
Superior written and verbal communication skills with a polished ability to engage senior-level executives
Intellectual curiosity and familiarity with the PR, beauty, health, or luxury markets
