Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and first contact to closing deals and growing long-term customer relationships
Proactively identify and pursue new B2B customers across Aim’s Full-Service Leasing, Maintenance, and Rental product lines
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, area canvassing, and relationship-based selling
Develop, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts tailored to customer needs
Track leads, manage opportunities, and consistently generate proposals
Coordinate onboarding for new accounts and expand existing customer relationships

Qualification
Required
2+ years of outside sales experience (Business to Business)
Strong Self manager, comfortable taking initiative and making things happen
Must be computer literate and have the ability to adapt to various software applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
