Responsibilities
Works along hand with the Engagement Lead to support all aspects of customer data quality for the client business area(s)
Along with Engagement Lead will support all data quality projects leveraging tools available to adjudicate data issues and ensure any defined SLA’s are met
Introduces additional KPIs/Metrics and/or data health checks to confirm ongoing data quality management
Works with Engagement Lead and Client to introduce efficiencies and overall improvements to any defined processes related to data ingestion (ETL) changes, business rules and/or match rules impacting data quality
Qualification
Required
Proficient in SQL ability to write complex queries in order to perform root cause analysis of any data quality related issues identified
Effective communication and leadership skills can interact with client stakeholders to articulate issues resolution to at both client sponsor and client stakeholders levels
Experience with Reltio, Databricks and mastering Healthcare Professional and Healthcare organizational data
