High-End Compositing: Taking multiple raw shots and merging them into a single, hyper-realistic 'Hero' image that looks better than reality
Amazon Hero Construction: Designing main images that drive Click-Through-Rate (CTR) by adhering to strict marketplace standards while maximizing visual impact
Surface & Texture Perfection: Masterfully removing glare, fixing reflections, and manipulating lighting in post-production to ensure packaging materials (glass, matte, foil) look premium on screen
Color Grading & Consistency: Ensuring product colors match perfectly across the digital shelf, guaranteeing that the 'Red' on the bottle matches the 'Red' on the box across 1,500+ SKUs
Non-Destructive Workflow: Building files using smart objects and masks, allowing for rapid label updates without requiring a re-shoot or total re-construction
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Graphic Design with a portfolio specifically showing 'Before & After' retouching or compositing work
Mastery of Adobe Photoshop
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of lighting, physics, and material properties
High attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across a massive asset library
Preferred
Previous experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or E-commerce is highly beneficial
Experience with 3D software (Blender, C4D, etc.) is a significant plus/differentiator
