Responsibilities

Make inbound and outbound calls to homeowners to set qualified sales appointments
Perform outbound prospecting and cold calling
Educate customers on our roofing, siding, and gutter services
Work closely 1-on-1 with an Outside Sales Representative to maximize conversions
Build rapport quickly and maintain positive customer relationships
Accurately document all interactions and appointments in the CRM
Meet or exceed daily and monthly appointment-setting goals

Qualification

Required

Confident, professional phone presence
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Persistent, resilient, and goal-driven
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM systems
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred

1–2+ years of appointment setting, inside sales, phone sales, or call center experience
