We are seeking an experienced Buyer – Procurement to support procurement and logistics operations for non-merchandise items across international partner locations, acting as a subject matter expert in procurement processes and logistics coordination.

Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert in procurement processes, ordering systems, and logistics operations
Manage procurement of non-merchandise items for international partner stores
Oversee timing of inbound and outbound orders to ensure on-time delivery and reduce risk to store openings and floorset launches
Collaborate with internal teams and central procurement to align on strategies supporting new business initiatives
Forecast seasonal demand and maintain optimal inventory levels for core non-merchandise items
Review shipping and logistics documentation for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain operations
Strong understanding of ordering systems, logistics, and inventory management
Ability to manage multiple timelines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
High attention to detail, especially with documentation and compliance
Preferred
Experience supporting international procurement or global partners
Familiarity with seasonal forecasting and demand planning
Experience working with non-merchandise or indirect procurement categories
