Responsibilities
Participate as part of a Product Development team in support of user stories, functional cases, and iterative development work
Review Business Process Documents created by a system integrator for accuracy, quality, and alignment with business requirements
Serve as a point of contact between system integrator developers and business SMEs to provide clarification on requirements and user stories
Assist Advisors and POD owners by completing tactical tasks that advance development toward testing and delivery
Gather, document, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making
Identify requirements, options, solution approaches, risks, and estimated costs to address business needs
Prioritize initiatives by evaluating business value compared to level of effort
Maintain awareness of evolving technologies, systems architectures, and relevant industry best practices
Support implementation activities for initiatives, applications, or feature sets
Create and maintain documentation, including definitions, requirements, conversion plans, testing materials, implementation plans, and training documents
Collaborate with vendors to understand product direction, release plans, and timelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5–7 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles
Proven ability to perform moderately complex quantitative analysis
Strong project management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Understanding of Supply Chain principles such as material management, warehouse operations, or procurement
