Responsibilities
Analyze and document requirements related to investment performance, attribution, and risk analytics
Support calculation and reporting of IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI, and other investment metrics
Assist in performance measurement and benchmark analysis across asset classes
Ensure compliance with GIPS standards and internal reporting guidelines
Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements from investment stakeholders
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows
Work with technology teams to implement and enhance investment management platforms
Support system testing, UAT, and production rollouts
