Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed test plans, scenarios, and cases for new and existing corporate products

Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to ensure alignment with business needs

Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues during testing phases

Conduct regular security testing using Snyk and escalate any vulnerabilities for resolution

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams on GT Independence products

Create user-friendly documentation, training materials, and resources to support ongoing education

Act as the primary trainer for new product rollouts and system updates

Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for software enhancements and projects

Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment

Serve as the point of contact for managing and resolving escalated software tickets

Track, analyze, and report on ticket trends to improve product performance and user satisfaction

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of critical issues
