Organization Development HR Associate
Confidential Jobs is seeking a proactive, analytical, and collaborative Organizational Development Human Resources Associate to support and enhance key people programs across the organization. This role plays an essential part in delivering high-impact learning experiences, advancing employee engagement, driving communication initiatives, and supporting performance management processes in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary administrator for the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, course creation, user experience support, reporting, and system optimization
Design and build learning content within Docebo in partnership with subject matter experts
Lead tracking and reporting of LinkedIn Learning adoption and learning behaviors; recommend new learning pathways to support employee development
Maintain training data accuracy, compliance reporting, and quality control across all learning programs
Support execution of company-wide engagement survey cycles—including project planning, communication development, logistics, dashboards, and executive summaries
Coordinate key phases of the performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year, year-end), including communication plans, reporting, and participation monitoring
Analyze engagement and performance trends, surfacing insights and recommendations that inform people strategy
Draft, refine, and publish communications for internal newsletters, the intranet, and Learning & Growth announcements
Contribute to storytelling efforts that highlight employee growth, recognition, and organizational culture
Ensure all messaging aligns with company brand, mission, tone, and values
Partner with HR, Communications, and business leaders on people-focused initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness
Support change management activities tied to new programs, processes, and technology
Assist with additional strategic projects and responsibilities as needed within Learning & Growth
Responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations affecting the Company
Responsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance and in-service and continuing education activities as requested by Company
Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field (master's degree a plus)
1–3 years of experience in HR, organizational development, learning, communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, engaging messages
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting people data and generating insights
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Docebo, other LMS platforms, ADP, or LinkedIn Learning strongly preferred
A collaborative team player who thrives both independently and in cross-functional partnerships
Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset
