Responsibilities

Keep safety as a core value and an integral component of the culture throughout ZTI

Develop the strategy to deliver high-quality construction management services, including EPC, CMGC and Design Build projects throughout the Upper Midwest

Lead the ZTI management team that executes day-to-day operations; facilitate the planning and execution of all work with the construction, engineering, and other functional support groups. Ensure due diligence, budgets, site engineering, permitting, scheduling and project coordination occurs from start to completion

Maintain relationships with public and private entities, such as Utilities, State DOTs, Solar Developers, and Army Corp of Engineers to ensure compliant, ethical practices are followed and understood throughout Zenith Tech

Build and maintain successful internal relationships with departments such as Executive Leadership, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations and Engineering

Develop team members to support the expanding role of Zenith Tech as it increases its geographical and functional areas
