Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in real estate, facilities, or construction management
Proven success negotiating leases and securing TI allowances
Experience managing multiple large-scale construction projects, budgets, and timelines
Strong financial acumen, including ROI and capital budgeting
Ability to manage landlord and contractor escalations
Strong relationship-building skills with brokers, attorneys, and internal stakeholders
Highly organized, strategic, and execution-oriented leader
