Responsibilities

This job is more of a Reporting Assistant, rather than an administrative assistant, handling both data and PDF reports. They will be working on critical data reporting for sensitive investor relationships

The proposed scope of work encompasses property and investor reporting, benefit schedule review and posting, compiling, and posting status and broker reports, and select document management activities. Additional responsibilities may include supporting team members with quarterly investor reports, operational data extracts, supplemental reporting, and insurance and occupancy documentation

This person will be joining the team and responsible for running reports out of their system and reviewing them to get them posted to the portal by essential deadlines

Reviewing the benefits schedule and making sure data is accurate to get posted (PDF related)

Reporting includes AHIC property, qtly and investor reporting to be reviewed and posted
