Responsibilities
Provide consultative sales expertise to clients, focusing on solutions for twin screw lines, including upgrades and new installations
Conduct technical consultations to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
Create proposals for clients based on their needs
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless support for customer needs, including field services and parts recommendations
Qualification
Required
Strong technical knowledge in twin-screw extrusion technology, metallurgy & processes
Experience in technical sales, consultative sales approaches, and relationship management with clients
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
Project management and proposal development experience to align technical solutions with client needs
A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is required; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and travel, as necessary, for client interactions and on-site project support
