Bidding/estimating support
Understand plan and specification requirements
Identify subcontractor/material supplier scopes of work
Distribute construction documents
Communicate with subcontractors
Assist in take-off process
Assist in database maintenance
Handle requests for information
Track estimating deadlines
Build relationship with key stakeholders including owners, architects/engineers, subcontractors and consultants
Qualification
Required
Construction Management major, or related field
Accurate and efficient with a strong work ethic
Interpersonal communication skills
