Responsibilities
Process Accounts Payable, including operational expenses and sub-consultant invoices
Maintain and track invoices across multiple projects; develop and update a master Excel sheet for all contractor invoices
Review invoices for accuracy and request revisions as necessary
Manage Accounts Receivable, including maintenance of Work in Progress (WIP)
Review and update project budgets, providing timely budget updates to Project Managers
Assist with preparation of financial reports
Qualification
Required
At least two (2) years of full-time experience in an Accounting or Finance function
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in accounting in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Experience using accounting software and ability to learn new systems
Minimum of Associate's degree from an accredited program is required
Preferred
Familiarity with BST accounting software is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
