Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, purchase orders, and payment terms

Communicate effectively with internal staff (Procurement, Operations, Finance) and external vendors to ensure smooth AP operations

Managing vendor information, ensuring compliance between the company and new vendors. Collecting and verifying vendor data, performing risk and compliance checks, updating vendor databases, and maintaining vendor relationships

Generate, analyze, and distribute critical reports, including open purchase order (PO) reports, receiver reports, and aged payables reports

Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of ERP or AP-related system enhancements and new implementations

Maintain accurate records, support audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency through automation and best practices
