This role requires deep expertise in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, focusing on project governance, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end delivery management in highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP implementation projects
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Oversee planning, execution, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and project reporting
Act as the liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendor partners
Ensure compliance with Wells Fargo's internal processes and financial regulations
Manage cross-functional teams and drive performance towards successful delivery
Handle UAT planning, change management, and post-deployment support strategy

Required

10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 5 years leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP) projects
Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Prior experience working in or with large financial institutions or banking clients
Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise applications in a regulated environment
Strong documentation, presentation, and executive communication skills
Experience working with offshore/onsite teams

Preferred

PMP, Scrum Master, or other PM certifications
Experience with Capco or Wells Fargo is a huge plus
Previous work in financial transformation projects or customer experience modernization initiatives
