Engineering Manager, iCloud Backup

Responsibilities
Lead a fast-paced and high-growth team in the AppleCloud organization
Define and build the next generation of features for iCloud Backup
Collaborate with many teams across Apple to enhance products
Participate in defining technology and engineering practices
Contribute to iOS, iPadOS, and VisionOS
Build on the team's culture and mentor team members
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical management role, overseeing strategic projects and driving cross-functional collaboration
Experience with building and maintaining high-scale, high-availability services and products
Product-minded, data-driven leader who always starts with the question
Preferred
Ability to attract, hire and retain engineering talent
Prior experience in shipping AI/ML products is a plus
