Responsibilities
Lead art direction and creative execution, developing innovative designs aligned with brand strategy, audience needs and regulatory guidelines
Collaborate cross-functionally with agency departments, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Drive strategic thinking, contributing innovative ideas aligned with client marketing strategies and audience needs
Manage client relationships, presenting creative work and fostering trust through expertise and clear communication
Supervise and mentor junior art team members, delegating tasks and contributing to talent management
Maintain administrative precision, ensure accurate reporting and participate in resourcing conversations
Qualification
Required
6+ years of Visual Communications, Graphic Design or Art Direction experience
Comprehensive digital portfolio and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communications or related field
Pharmaceutical/Healthcare advertising experience
