Event Management: Process and reconcile complex voluntary corporate actions (e.g., tender offers, mergers, exchange offers)
Client Support: Act as an SME, interpreting data, resolving complex client inquiries, and providing guidance on event life cycles
Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with internal teams (Tax, Tech, Middle/Front Office) and external parties (custodians, agents)
Risk & Compliance: Identify, manage, and escalate risks, ensuring adherence to procedures and regulations
Process Improvement: Drive automation, simplify workflows, enhance documentation, and contribute to system enhancements
Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to less experienced analysts
Qualification
Required
7+ years' experience in a similar role
Licensing Requirement: Series 99
Strong understanding of voluntary corporate actions and market practices
Experience with financial systems (e.g., SWIFT messages like MT56X)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple systems, projects, and high-pressure situations
Background in Settlements, Risk Management, Custody, or Financial Markets
