Manage and conduct complex employee relations investigations
Ensure allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and policy violations are handled with rigor, fairness, and empathy
Lead/manage investigations, policy compliance & risk assessment, trend analysis, training & education
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in employee relations and/or workplace investigations within a multi-state organization (global experience preferred)
Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate (JD in Labor & Employment Law a plus)
Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance requirements
Proven ability to handle highly sensitive matters with discretion, neutrality, and professionalism
