Responsibilities

Coordinate and integrate architectural and consultant construction documents, including QA/QC reviews, detailing, and redlines

Develop clear, efficient design solutions and translate concepts into comprehensive, buildable documentation

Support project planning efforts by managing schedules, resolving technical challenges, and presenting solutions to internal and external stakeholders

Mentor and guide junior team members while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing project culture

Apply deep knowledge of construction methods and code requirements to deliver scalable, compliant, and technically sound designs

Required

A licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure, with a professional degree from a NAAB-accredited program and 5+ years of commercial architecture experience

Experienced in leading large-scale projects and coordinating cross-functional teams while balancing design intent, budgets, and schedules

Highly proficient in Revit with a strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and how buildings come together

Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities may shift

A confident communicator who collaborates effectively with consultants and clients and enjoys mentoring emerging talent
