Responsibilities

Assist with daily administrative sales tasks, including contract modifications and processing business requests

Prepare quotes for licenses, upgrades, and downgrades

Support customers with administrative contract and service changes under guidance from the Sales Support Team Manager

Assist Key Users when needed

Manage the general sales queue daily, track assigned sales tickets, and use the buddy system for coverage

Ensure timely response to tickets and provide internal support to the Inside Sales team
