Graphics (GPU) RTL Design Engineer

Responsibilities
Collaborate with experienced architects, designers, and modelers in order to assess the feasibility of ideas, refine ideas, and seed new ones
Specify new micro-architecture and optimize existing ones
Analyze specific workloads across existing and new product categories to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate to improve processes and look for ways to boost the efficiency of the entire team
Qualification
Required
Experience with CPU or GPU architecture and micro-architecture
Experience with high performance, low power designs
Experience with Verilog/System Verilog and HDL
Minimum of BS degree and 10+ years of relevant experience
Preferred
Knowledge in C/C++
Experience in one of the following areas: cache, memory subsystem, on-chip interconnect network, data compression or GPU pipeline
Experience in scripting languages such as Perl, Python and Ruby
Hands-on experience with RTL or architectural modeling
Able to work in an environment of uncertainty and navigate through ambiguities
Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills
