Responsibilities

Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media

Use telephones to reach out to customers to relay information and understand their requirements

Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling

Customer Service Representatives handle all questions and concerns customers have on an ongoing basis and assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

Develop a working knowledge of the business’s manufacturing capabilities and product offerings. Advice on company information

Place or cancel orders

Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

Manage new and existing orders with each individual customer. Work with IPCC’s production manager to ensure all orders are met as required
