Responsibilities
Performs data entry related to accounts payable and receivable
Reviews and processes billing and payroll transactions
Codes invoices to accounts
Prepares periodic reconciliation reports
Posts cash receipts
Able to perform general bookkeeping tasks as assigned
This role will specifically work within the Corporate Tax Department, performing different tasks that will assist in the tax return process
Additionally, this role will assist with tax planning projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Performs data entry related to accounts payable and receivable
Entry level role, training would be provided
Reviews and processes billing and payroll transactions
Codes invoices to accounts
Prepares periodic reconciliation reports
Posts cash receipts
Able to perform general bookkeeping tasks as assigned
Requires aptitude for quantitative analysis and strong MS Excel skills
This role will specifically work within the Corporate Tax Department, performing different tasks that will assist in the tax return process
