Develop, design, and run tests to validate wireless features on Apple products
Lead automation of wireless performance testbeds
Contribute to the development of exceptional Apple products with unparalleled wireless experiences for customers

Required

Bachelors degree in an Engineering field
Proven experience as a Software Test and Automation Engineer specializing in wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Thread, and other wireless protocols
3 years of proven experience evaluating wireless performance in WiFi or Bluetooth
3 years of proven programming experience in scripting languages such as PERL, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, C#, and others
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Master's in an Engineering field preferred
Strong debugging experience is highly desirable
Knowledge of existing wireless communication protocols: Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be) or Bluetooth/BLE, 802.15.4/Thread/Matter
Proficiency in network/RF tools such as iPerf, Wireshark, Ellisys, Network and Spectrum Analyzers, attenuators is beneficial
Experience working with standards bodies in the wireless domain, including IEEE, Wi-Fi Alliance, Bluetooth SIG, Thread Group, is beneficial
