Responsibilities

To work with clients across multiple time zones
Manage senior LinkedIn personal profiles (4 > 6 Profiles once training has been completed)
Outreach, engagement, posting of content (Content is provided), general account activity and various activity-based KPIs
Ensure a positive and professional client service experience
Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
Create and implement personalised communication strategies for clients
Develop clear objectives for each client and the strategies to achieve such
Assist with challenging client requests and provide solutions to improve workflow efficiency
Work cross-functionally with all stakeholders in the company to achieve successful outcomes for clients
Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients
Identify opportunities for growth within our platform/service offering
Manage the onboarding process of new clients
Ensure on-time delivery of work and deadlines

Required

Entry-level experience as an account executive, social media manager, or digital marketing executive in either a creative agency or corporate setting
Proven understanding of personal branding, communications, and marketing
Solid experience with MS Office and Google Apps (particularly Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides)
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
An understanding of client's business objectives
An understanding of consumer behaviour across various markets and consumer profiles, both locally and internationally
The ability to think strategically and develop innovative and creative marketing strategies
Excellent writing proficiency and content creation skills
Strong analytical skills and a good level of mathematical ability (statistics and numbers)
Strong research and problem-solving skills
A Bachelor's degree, National Diploma in Marketing or a relevant field is preferential
1 to 2 years previous work experience
A keen eye for detail
