Responsibilities

Support research across a mix of B2B projects, including:
Full website rebuilds and redesigns
UX audits and expert reviews
User testing of live sites, prototypes, and wireframes
Discovery and insight phases to inform UX, UI and content strategy
CRO and optimisation-focused research
Retainer-based research support and mini audits
Research to support intelligent experience strategy and design

Required

Experienced user researcher with a strong track record delivering practical, insight-led research for B2B websites and digital experiences
Confident planning and running B2B user interviews with buyers, decision-makers, and end users, including working with small or hard-to-reach samples
Able to identify meaningful patterns around motivations, barriers, language, and trust, and translate these into clear, actionable insight
Comfortable running website user testing across live sites, prototypes, and wireframes, identifying usability issues and friction across key journeys
Findings are prioritised, practical, and focused on improvement
Experience conducting competitor analysis and UX heuristic reviews, using them to add market context, surface opportunities, and guide experience decisions
Understand CRO and optimisation in B2B contexts, with experience framing insight around hypotheses and opportunities for improvement
Comfortable using analytics to guide research focus, pairing data with qualitative insight
Highly skilled at synthesising research into clear outputs that designers, strategists, and clients can act on immediately
Communicate confidently, work well with UX, UI, and strategy teams, and are comfortable working directly with clients
Experience working in agency environments and understand the realities of time, budget, and delivery
Adapt approach to fit constraints while keeping insight quality high and projects moving forward

Preferred

Experience using AI to support and streamline research workflows
Experience testing, evaluating, or contributing to AI-powered systems or features
Experience contributing to UX, CRO, or experience strategy decisions
