Quality Inspector (1st Shift)
Challenge Manufacturing is a leading tier 1 supplier of complex metal assemblies for the global automotive industry, dedicated to operational excellence and teamwork. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for monitoring and measuring products on the manufacturing floor, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and escalating nonconforming product issues as needed.

Responsibilities
Has primary responsibility for monitoring and measuring product on the manufacturing floor and escalating nonconforming product issues according to Challenge Manufacturing Quality Standards
Performs periodic quality checks necessary quality checks, records information in Plex (enterprise resource data planning system - ERP), and performs general utility work to meet work schedule
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED
One (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing environment
