They are looking for a WFM Implementation Support Consultant to provide client-side implementation support for ADP's WorkForceManager, including pre-implementation support, training, and optimization recommendations.

Responsibilities
Provide client-side implementation support for ADP client implementing WorkForceManager, moving from NovaTime
Support pre-implementation, including translation of business structure, pulling reports, etc
Business structure setup support
Support UAT and training efforts with client
Provide training and prepare client for go-live
Support during hyper-care period, make recommendations for best business practice and optimization
Attend project update calls, providing collaborative communications to support client and ADP team objectives
Setup of new clocks:
Assign IP addresses/clock names
Configuration/Testing results
Validation in WFM
Qualification
Required
ADP Workforce Manager implementation experience, certification preferred
Ability to drive client deliverables in order to ensure success
Ability to work in team environment with client/vendor and STG consultant
