Responsibilities
Own and prioritize the product backlog for D365 Service and Power Platform
Translate business needs into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Partner with Scrum Master to plan sprints and manage priorities
Serve as subject matter expert for D365 Service (Customer Service focus)
Lead demos, communicate priorities, and drive process improvements
Provide Tier 2 application support and troubleshoot production issues
Qualification
Required
6–8 years total experience
2–3+ years as a Product Owner
3–5+ years with Dynamics 365, Customer Service module preferred
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Agile/Scrum experience and strong stakeholder communication skills
