Responsibilities
Develop and review changes to electrical system diagrams including system interfaces
Evaluate electrical cableways design and routing drawings
Troubleshoot issues identified by construction team
Write procedures to test and maintain electrical systems
Interface with internal customers to ensure the system is installed to plan
Work with operations to support installation and test
Emphasis on mentoring junior personnel
Qualification
Required
Minimum Associate of Science degree in electrical engineering or engineering degree with related electrical background
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Level Clearance
10 or more years of submarine shipbuilding experience
Preferred
Prior defense contractor systems engineering experience
Former submarine service
Shipyard/manufacturing experience
