This role focuses on ensuring the system is validated according to internal quality standards and regulatory requirements, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration verification, and end-to-end validation activities.

Responsibilities
Support NetSuite ERP validation activities, including UAT and data migration verification
Translate use cases into user stories and build out complete, compliant validation documentation
Execute and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test execution and documentation
Perform functional and end-to-end testing of NetSuite workflows
Validate configured workflows, system updates, enhancements, and releases
Identify, document, track, and retest defects in accordance with validation procedures
Author and review validation documentation (e.g., test scripts, test results, traceability matrices, validation summary reports)
Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure validation deliverables meet regulatory and compliance requirements
Verify and validate system roles, permissions, and internal controls
Support data migration validation, including data accuracy and completeness checks
Coordinate validation activities with IT, Finance, Operations, and QA teams
Provide validation support through go-live and post-go-live stabilization
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting ERP validation activities in a regulated (GxP) environment with NetSuite
Strong understanding of UAT, validation lifecycle, and validation documentation
Experience with functional testing, defect management, and release validation
Ability to build user stories from use cases and develop complete, GxP-compliant validation documentation
Experience validating system roles, permissions, and controls
Strong documentation skills aligned with GxP / CSV standards
Experience with data migration testing and verification
NetSuite implementation or post–go-live validation experience
Ability to work independently in a contract-based, fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams
Experience supporting system go-lives in regulated industries (life sciences, pharma, medical devices, etc.)
