Ensures safety of self and others by following all Safety Policies/Procedures and wearing all required PPE
Team Member Training
Continuous training of current team members
Coordinate daily activities of team members
Team members audits
Quality training for production departments
Daily tool box meeting
Everyday safety of team members
New team member orientation
Cost Reduction (Coordinate Kaizen meeting)
Manage V-V Quality and sorting
Support of all departments
Coordinate part sorts (in-house and customer)
Assist in adjustments to lines or presses
Follow up on counter measures
Coordinate pre-production activities
Dealing with customers
Standard quantity inventories
Maintain C/F maintenance schedule
Upkeep of quality documentation
Act as Group Leader in absence of
Daily reports to group leader
Regular attendance is required
Must be flexible to work in all areas and in your department regardless of duties listed above in order to accomplish YKTA Goals and objectives

Required
Previous quality experience, preferably automotive
Personal computer and software skills
