This role is critical to the change initiative, focusing on core systems, operational workflows, and business process improvement.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of defined workstreams within a broader technology transformation programme
Build, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, and dependencies
Coordinate delivery across technology, business, data, and third-party vendors
Lead project forums including stand-ups, workstream meetings, and governance sessions
Track delivery progress and escalate risks/issues proactively
Prepare clear status reporting for senior stakeholders and steering committees
Support go-live planning and business readiness activity
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering technology change in insurance
Strong background in system implementations, migrations, or digital transformation projects
Comfortable working in Agile environments
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders across business and IT
Delivery-focused, structured, and able to operate with minimal oversight
Available immediately or on short notice
